All our products have a 2-year warranty, covering any manufacturing defects occurring in our process. All warranties must be documented with the corresponding warranty form and any claims submitted without it will not be honoured.
If the warranty has been processed and the quality report sent to the customer but not accepted, the customer has a period of 15 days to claim the return of the warranty. Once this period has elapsed, the warranty will be treated as WAT deems appropriate.
